Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll exchange it or refund you, at no cost to you, within a week.

Returns (standard stickers)

You can return or exchange stickers from our own designs within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they're unused and still on their original backing. Return shipping is on you, unless the order arrived damaged or wrong. We refund you within 7 days of receiving the return.

Custom orders

Custom stickers are made to your specifications, so they can't be returned once you've approved the proof, unless there's a print defect. If there is, we reprint it for free.

These terms follow Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 (Articles 17, 21 and 40).
